Reports: Wizards to Re-Sign Marcin Gortat

It appears that the Polish Hammer will be delivering more Foreign Facials in the Nation's Capital next season.

Per Dianna Marie Russini, the Wizards have re-signed center Marcin Gortat here on the first day of NBA free agency.

The 30-year-old almost averaged a double-double per game with 13.2 points and 9.5 rebounds in 32.8 minutes.

Gortat became a key figure in Washington's postseason run, including a 31 point, 16 rebounds effort in game 5 versus the Pacers. He shot 86.7 percent from the field that game, the highest ever in NBA playoff history in a 30-point, 15-rebound performance.

Per Russini, one other team had submitted an offer to Gortat.

Side note: Don't Google Image Foreign Facials, especially not at work.

UPDATE: Per Ardian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports, Gortat's deal is worth $60 million over five years.
